Day 192
– 5:30 am

Yet another wonderful day downtown. Instead of doing a cardio workout today I decided I would re-introduce my keg to it’s former self. So i started doing my abs again…not bad!  i was actually able to do 3 sets of 100 crunches!. I think I will start bringing the ab workouts back into the mix.


Worked till midnight last night so i was exhausted, and hence the no Cardio today

Started Elliptical workout routine

Stats:
Crunches 3 sets of 100 reps
Raises 3 sets of 50 reps

Breakfast:
Orange Juice

Lunch:


Dinner:
